at Manpower Group in Milford, Delaware, United States Job Description Our client, in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Plant Manager to join their team. As a Plant Manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting production, quality assurance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to operational excellence, which will align successfully in the organization.

Plant Manager Pay Range:
$130,000 - $180,000 +
Bonus Location:
Milford, DE (full relocation benefits available) What's the Job?
+ Provide strategic and operational leadership for manufacturing departments within the facility.
+ Oversee production, maintenance, quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering functions.
+ Drive safety initiatives, ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and environmental regulations.
+ Lead continuous improvement projects utilizing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
+ Develop and mentor departmental leaders, fostering a high-performance culture and talent pipeline. What's Needed?
+ Over 5 years of experience as an area manager, high-level superintendent, or current plant manager in the meat industry, preferably poultry.
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
+ Strong work history with consistent leadership roles and a track record of managing large-scale operations.
+ Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems.
+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. What's in it for me?
