- , you will serve as a key member of the Global Operational Excellence Leadership Team and help define how manufacturing excellence is deployed across one of the world's most iconic industrial companies.
- What You'll Do
- As the Manufacturing Domain Leader, you will lead a global team of manufacturing subject matter experts responsible for developing and deploying world-class manufacturing standards, tools, playbooks, and best practices that improve productivity, agility, safety, quality, and business performance across DuPont.
You will:
+ Define and drive DuPont's global manufacturing excellence strategy across multiple businesses and manufacturing sites. + Lead the creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of manufacturing standards, toolkits, and operational excellence playbooks based on industry-leading practices. + Partner closely with Business Operational Excellence Directors, Integrated Operations Leaders, and functional leaders across Supply Chain, Quality, Reliability, and Maintenance to deliver sustainable improvements in SQDIP performance. + Build and strengthen manufacturing capability by developing practitioner training, certification programs, and communities of practice. + Serve as a trusted advisor to manufacturing and business leaders, facilitating workshops, Kaizen events, performance improvement initiatives, and strategic transformation programs. + Develop robust manufacturing performance metrics, analytics, and "single sources of truth" that enable data-driven decision making from the plant floor to the executive leadership team. + Collaborate with Digital, Engineering, Automation, and IT leaders to maximize value from manufacturing technologies and IT/OT systems. + Integrate manufacturing excellence tools and practices into the evolving DuPont Business System to create a consistent approach across the enterprise. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the organization.- Why This Role Matters

- What We're Looking For
- Leadership Experience
- + 15+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations leadership experience, including significant time spent supporting plant operations.
- Operational Excellence Expertise
- + Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Manufacturing & Technical Knowledge
- + Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, operations management, and plant performance drivers.
- Change Leadership
- + Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and Management of Change (MoC) processes. + Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. + Highly collaborative leadership style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. + Passion for building a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
