  • Paradise Kitchen and Closets (Dania Beach, FL) Paradise Kitchen and Closets is a kitchen and closet remodeling company serving South Florida.
We are growing and looking for a hands-on Production Manager to own the operational side of our installations. Our office is located in Dania Beach, Broward County, Florida. About the role The Production Manager keeps our installation pipeline moving. You will prepare all material orders for upcoming installations, supervise installations in the field to make sure they run smoothly, and be the first point of contact when something goes wrong
  • a missing item, a damaged piece, or any general issue on a job. Responsibilities
  • Place all material orders needed for scheduled installations
  • Supervise active installations and make sure work stays on schedule and up to standard
  • Handle any problems that come up during an installation, including missing or incorrect items, and resolve them quickly with vendors or the warehouse
  • Coordinate with installers, designers, and the office team to keep jobs on track
  • Keep accurate records of orders, deliveries, and job status Requirements
  • Carpentry experience; ideally a production role in a closet or kitchen company
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems on the spot and manage multiple jobs at once
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working between the office, vendors, and active job sites

From $52,000.00 per year
