Salary:
$90k - 100k per year + none

AB_5056416 We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Production Manager with a strong engineering background to oversee fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing operations. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive operational excellence, optimize production processes, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Food Engineering, or related field) is required.
Languages:
bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Experience:
Proven experience in production leadership within food manufacturing, CPG, or a similar high-volume manufacturing environment.
Core Competencies:
Demonstrated success managing quick product changeovers, reducing operational waste, driving Lean/CI initiatives, and leading high-performing production teams.
Leadership:
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
salary:
$90,000 - $100,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and direct daily operations for high-volume production teams. Manage complex, fast-paced production lines requiring frequent product changeovers and operational adjustments. Establish, monitor, and optimize key operational metrics (KPIs) to drive efficiency, minimize downtime, and eliminate waste. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing concepts to streamline workflows and boost throughput. Collaborate across departments to ensure product quality, workforce safety, and strict regulatory compliance.
