JOB SUMMARY
Assists the Production manager in managing the Production Group for company's corporate jet service center - by applying the company's Group's standards and methods, in coordination with the other company departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist the Production Manager with the following tasks: Extends regularly the perimeter of the contract in place with the customer. Guarantees Customer - Industrial Partner satisfaction and establishes relations of mutual trust with the latter, thus contributing to the development of the company's brand image. Defines their budget in agreement with the Operational Manager and ensures the performance of their area. Implements the contractual industrial partnership with the customer to the latter's total satisfaction (Quality, Lead-times, Costs, Dialogue). Validates the sites activity schedule with the customer, checks its execution and, where applicable, takes the necessary corrective actions. Manages the distribution of the workforce and workload between the various departments/working parties. Ensures, in particular, the match between capacity and workload on their production area. Ensures all personnel and material are in place to control and manage their production demand on a daily basis. Supervises and checks the use made of the materials and consumables per working party, on the area. Directs all of the production sites personnel. Translates the sites Efficiency targets into indicators suited to the various departments. Supervises the training programs (tutoring) and skills management on the area. Implants company's core values with the personnel. Supervises the preparation of the data used for invoicing the works. Checks the safety and disciplinary rules, and ensures they are applied. Checks the instructions relative to respect for the environment, ensures they are applied. Reports regularly to their Operational Manager on operations and any problems encountered. Guarantees the good traceability of the production activities. Organizes, develops, and participates in level meetings according to the standards defined by the Group. Ensures yearly individual meetings with their staff. Informs their personnel of the directives issued by Management, and ensures top-down communication in their area (in particular Management Reviews). Participate in level meetings according to the standards defined by the Group. Suggest improvement opportunities to their process and performs corrective actions if any deviation is detected. Takes part in management review meetings when required.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
3 years' experience or equivalent, depending on training and experience. 3+ years VIP/business jet service management experience (lead, supervisor experience or higher) Must have strong Microsoft office suite experience (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) - Strong experience using MS Project is a plus! Ability to interact/communicate with all levels of the company and to act as company liaison and voice of the company to the customer. as be the voice to the customer.
