Compensation:

$180,000-$200,000 Base Salary

+ Outstanding Benefits Relocation, Manufacturing & Private Equity Required We are representing a highly profitable, private equity-sponsored manufacturing company located in Southwest Florida near Naples and Fort Myers. This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the CFO and partnering closely with executive leadership and private equity sponsors.

Candidates must either currently reside in the Naples/Fort Myers area or be fully committed and financially prepared to relocate. We are specifically seeking candidates who have successfully built their careers in manufacturing FP&A environments and have direct experience working within private equity-backed organizations. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a highly specialized finance leader who meets ALL of the following criteria: ? Deep Manufacturing FP&A expertise with a proven track record supporting manufacturing operations ? Direct private equity-backed company experience, including regular interaction with PE sponsors and investors ? Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning capabilities ? Executive-level communication skills with extensive Board and investor presentation experience ? Ability and willingness to relocate to Southwest Florida for an in-office leadership role Position Summary Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Manufacturing FP&A will lead all financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and value creation initiatives across the organization. This individual will serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership and private equity ownership, driving growth, profitability, cash flow optimization, and enterprise value creation. The role owns budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, board and investor reporting, financial modeling, strategic analysis, capital allocation support, and M&A financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Strategic Manufacturing FP&A Lead annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes Develop sophisticated financial models supporting strategic initiatives, acquisitions, capital investments, and growth opportunities Analyze business performance and identify risks, opportunities, and value creation initiatives Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership Private Equity & Investor Reporting Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for private equity sponsors, lenders, and board members Prepare Board-quality presentations and executive reporting materials Monitor debt covenant compliance and financing requirements Support acquisition and integration activities as needed Build advanced Excel models and executive-level PowerPoint presentations Financial Performance Management Establish and manage key operational and financial KPIs Lead variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods Identify profitability improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies Partner with functional leaders to drive accountability and results Cash Flow & Capital Management Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning Drive working capital optimization initiatives Support capital allocation and ROI analyses Partner with leadership on value creation and cash generation strategies Required Qualifications Candidates will not be considered unless they possess: 10+ years of progressive FP&A leadership experience Significant experience within manufacturing organizations Direct experience working in private equity-backed companies Demonstrated history of presenting to PE sponsors, lenders, and Boards of Directors Advanced Excel financial modeling expertise Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Why This Opportunity?
