This Project Manager - Manufacturing opportunity supports capital projects across industrial manufacturing and process environments, with on-site presence in Naples and travel to Modesto to see the manufacturing operation come to life. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager - Manufacturing position include: 7+ years of project management experience within industrial manufacturing, process industries, recycling, mining, cement, aggregates, or similar heavy industrial environments. Proven experience managing capital equipment installations and large-scale industrial projects. Lead capital projects through the complete project lifecycle, from concept to commissioning. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and milestone tracking. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activities. Manage contractors, consultants, equipment suppliers, and vendor relationships. Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and critical path activities. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Salary:
$155k target per year, commensurate with experience.
