Job Description

Senior Level Salary:
$100,000 - $130,000 per year Job Details - Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations within assigned production departments, ensuring work is completed efficiently and according to plan. Maintain high standards for organization, housekeeping, and 5S while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with the Production Scheduler to review production demands, identify gaps, and adjust resources as needed. Ensure teams follow established fabrication processes and work to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Plan and manage labor resources to support smooth workflow and on-time production. Execute production schedules with a focus on safety, quality, timeliness, and cost control. Lead, coach, and develop area leads and team members to drive strong performance. Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees within the department. Provide clear direction, performance feedback, and additional training when necessary; address performance concerns as needed. Partner with Human Resources to ensure company policies are communicated, understood, and consistently applied. Maintain necessary documentation for projects and departmental activities. Foster open communication with employees and encourage their input on problem solving and process improvements. Support and reinforce workplace safety initiatives by identifying risks and ensuring adherence to EHS policies. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, with experience developing or implementing improvement programs. Experience in manufacturing environments required; steel fabrication experience strongly preferred.
