Bilingual Plant Manager - Confidential Opportunity An established organization is seeking an experienced Bilingual Plant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced production facility. The Plant Manager will provide overall leadership for plant operations, including production, safety, quality, maintenance, staffing, cost control, and customer satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for building a strong team, improving operational performance, and maintaining a safe, productive, and accountable workplace. Compensation $120,000-$130,000 annually Key Responsibilities Lead all daily plant operations and personnel Manage labor, overtime, expenses, and overall facility performance Monitor production, quality, safety, and maintenance standards Develop and coach supervisors and frontline employees Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions Support continuous improvement and cost-control initiatives Ensure plant equipment and facilities are properly maintained Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, or a related industrial environment Plant management, operations management, or similar senior-level experience strongly preferred Experience managing budgets, expenses, or P&L performance Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of workplace safety and quality standards Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when operationally necessary This is a full-time, exempt leadership position offering competitive compensation and the opportunity to make a significant operational impact.
