Lead Operations for a Premier Marine HVAC Manufacturer & Service Organization Are you an experienced operations leader with experience in HVAC, manufacturing, marine systems, construction, or field service management? We are seeking a hands-on Plant Manager / Production Manager to oversee daily operations, drive project execution, lead technical teams, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout South Florida. What You'll Do As the Plant Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing production operations, field service coordination, project execution, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily scheduling, dispatching, and deployment of technicians and production personnel Oversee marine HVAC installation, manufacturing, and service projects from planning through completion Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, inventory, and vendor relationships Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and productivity goals Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, technicians, and support teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Assist teams with troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, and project support Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure project success and satisfaction Enforce company safety standards and operational best practices Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, service, and administrative departments to achieve company goals Why Join Us?
