Packaging Operations:
Lead and assist in the packaging of cannabis products, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company standards.Team Leadership:
Supervise and train packaging team members, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety and quality protocols.Quality Control:
Oversee product inspection and ensure the packaging is done with attention to detail, accuracy, and high-quality standards.Compliance:
Ensure all packaging processes comply with local, state, and federal cannabis regulations. Keep accurate records of production and packaging activities.Inventory Management:
Oversee the inventory of packaging materials and track product outputs, ensuring the necessary supplies are always on hand.Sanitation and Safety:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packaging area. Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and work with management to implement more efficient practices.Experience:
Previous experience in packaging, production, or manufacturing is preferred but not required. Experience in a leadership role or supervising teams is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions correctly, and excellent organizational skills. Must be able to use computer software efficiently to include word and excel.Requirements:
Must be at least 21 and meet all local and state regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry. Must pass a state-mandated Department of Health background check. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and working in varying environmental conditions. Reliable self-transportation is required due to the facility location. Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.Desired Traits:

The facility is secured and public transportation does not reach our site. Reliable self-transportation to and from work is a requirement for this position and location.
