Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and employee morale to achieve positive results across all areas of the facility. Continuously identify and implement opportunities for improvement across facility operations. Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls, and provide regular progress reports to management. Manage Manufacturing Orders and ensure production requirements are met. Conduct accident investigations and support a safe working environment. Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support production requirements. Manage departmental priorities and ensure resources are aligned with business needs. Work proactively to improve processes and prevent issues that may negatively impact company performance. Perform other duties as assigned. Plant Manager Qualifications 3-5 years of supervisory and/or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to effectively use multiple computer systems and software programs.
