Plant Manager Now Hiring - Plant Manager Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced and professional Plant Manager for an exciting manufacturing opportunity in Allison, IA . The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the facility and is accountable for achieving operational and performance targets. This position will supervise employees within a manufacturing and/or industrial paint environment, plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.

Performance Bonus, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) Plant Manager Responsibilities Ensure effective employee relations by providing employee coaching and development, providing input into employment decisions, and resolving employee issues through effective problem resolution. Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and employee morale to achieve positive results across all areas of the facility. Continuously identify and implement opportunities for improvement across facility operations. Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls, and provide regular progress reports to management. Manage Manufacturing Orders and ensure production requirements are met. Conduct accident investigations and support a safe working environment. Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support production requirements. Manage departmental priorities and ensure resources are aligned with business needs. Work proactively to improve processes and prevent issues that may negatively impact company performance. Perform other duties as assigned. Plant Manager Qualifications 3-5 years of supervisory and/or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to effectively use multiple computer systems and software programs. Manufacturing and/or industrial paint experience preferred. IND345
