With continuous improvement at the forefront of this transformation, they are looking to bring a continuous improvement minded Plant Leader into a key operation. You'll focus heavily on driving the cultural shift of this key plant

• building a mindset around
• safety, quality, delivery, cost and continuous improvement. You will also play a key part in a large scale capital project within the facility
• working to increase the capacity of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a manufacturing team to provide excellent customer service by focusing on safety, quality, delivery and cost. Lead the manufacturing facility, driving a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence while overseeing all site operations. Implement the organization's Operating model

• utilizing tools such as 5S to impact inventory and throughput Sets clear production, quality, environmental, and reliability targets aligned with site goals and customer commitments Builds organizational capability by hiring, developing, and retaining technical and leadership talent; ensures workforce engagement and performance alignment Maintains a strong presence in the plant
• engaging regularly and authentically with employees at all levels Creates an environment where employees feel heard and valued; encourages feedback, listens actively, and communicates transparently

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma methodologies Must have prior experience serving as a Site Leader. Bachelor's degree in the Engineering field or Business-Related Area. 10+ Years of Experience in a manufacturing leadership positions. Travel up to 15%
