Micron is seeking a skilled Operations Project Manager to join our Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team in Boise, ID. This is an outstanding chance to work closely with ME leadership, collaborating to advance critical initiatives and implement world-class solutions successfully! As a ME Operations Project Manager, you will partner closely with the ME Director and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, workforce planning, and organizational transformation. This role serves as a trusted partner across the organization and is pivotal in advancing critical data-driven insights central to organizational objectives, in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the ME Director and leadership team to develop, lead and track pivotal strategic initiatives aligned to organizational and site objectives.
- Align collaborators across multiple organizations and drive consensus toward common objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional programs, facilitate decision making, removing barriers, and drive accountability to commitments.
- Support labor efficiency program management efforts, including roadmap development, achievement tracking, action management, and executive reporting.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, benchmarks, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to monitor organizational health and performance.
- Develop sophisticated automated reporting systems, dashboards, and business intelligence tools that drive business insights and efficiencies.
- Drive AI adoption initiatives and workflow transformation projects that improve efficiency, simplify processes, and increase organizational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with minimum 4 years of experience in program management, business operations, and strategy execution at an organizational and senior leadership level.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience building automated dashboards and reporting, interpreting data, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Sophisticated experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Tableau, SQL, Python, Copilot, or similar reporting and automation tools.
- Proven background in workforce planning and preparing executive communications, presentations, and business summaries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage transformational initiatives that align collaborators across multiple organizations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with automation technologies, AI-enabled efficiency solutions, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Outstanding presentation, written verbal communication skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus, but not required.
