2989944367-2 Apply for this job now Job Description ProAmpac is seeking a Director to lead manufacturing operations within our innovative flexible packaging network. In this role, you will set strategy and oversee day-to-day plant or business-unit performance, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are achieved. You will champion continuous improvement, drive sustainability initiatives, and support advanced materials and packaging innovation. Working cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams, you will enable successful launches, optimize processes, and develop high-performing teams in a collaborative, safety-first culture. Responsibilities Lead manufacturing packaging operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with Pro Ampac's global growth and sustainability objectives Drive continuous improvement using Lean/CI tools to optimize processes and reduce waste Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and sales to support customer needs Manage budgets, forecasting, and capital projects for the production facility or business unit Coach and develop leaders and frontline teams, fostering a collaborative, safety-first culture Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and internal quality standards Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance and customer satisfaction Partner with customers on new product launches and scalable manufacturing solutions Champion innovation in materials, processes, and packaging technologies Required Skills Manufacturing operations management Lean/Continuous Improvement Strategic planning Budgeting and financial acumen Packaging and materials knowledge Quality systems and regulatory compliance Data-driven KPI management Project and capital program management Team leadership and talent development Supply chain and production planning
