About the Role We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Manager to help build YASH Technologies' Manufacturing Vertical while driving strategic growth with our key manufacturing clients in the heavy equipment and discrete manufacturing sector. This is a dual-responsibility leadership role: you will serve as key account leader for those clients by delivering business value and expanding the relationship, and work closely with the Manufacturing Head to design, launch, and scale the company's industry-specific vertical focused on business-led, AI-enabled manufacturing transformation. Success in the first 12-24 months means meaningful revenue growth and scope expansion, a strong contribution to the vertical's launch, and recognition by clients and internally as a key leader in this high-visibility role as the vertical expands to additional heavy equipment and discrete manufacturing clients. What You'll Do Provide Client & Delivery Leadership Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across IT, Digital, Operations, and business leadership. Build strong relationships across client divisions and influence key decision-makers. Identify, develop, and execute high-impact transformation opportunities in areas such as Clear-to-Build, Smart Factory, Modern Manufacturing, Connected Devices, IoT, SAP Digital Manufacturing, Predictive Maintenance, and Application Rationalization. Lead and grow a high-performing onshore and offshore delivery team focused on our key manufacturing clients. Ensure delivery excellence and high customer satisfaction. Mentor team members on domain knowledge and business transformation skills. Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and business development teams to craft solutions that deliver value and drive outcomes for our clients. Co-Create the Manufacturing Vertical Support the Manufacturing Head in designing and implementing the target operating model, governance, and P&L framework for the Manufacturing vertical. Help define and develop reusable business-led, AI-enabled solutions in areas such as Smart Factory, Clear-to-Build, Intelligent Supply Chain, and Predictive Quality. Collaborate with horizontal practices across SAP, AI/ML, Cloud, and IoT to create integrated offerings. Support alliance management with SAP, Siemens, Microsoft, and AWS to co-create industry-specific solutions. Contribute to thought leadership, solution assets, proposals, and marketing collateral for the Manufacturing Vertical. What You'll Need (Required) 12+ years of experience in manufacturing and industrial IT services. Proven experience managing large strategic accounts in the manufacturing sector. Strong domain knowledge in Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, IoT, MES, SAP Digital Manufacturing, Clear-to-Build, or Digital Twin initiatives. Experience across Application Managed Services and transformation engagement models. Demonstrated success expanding accounts from support into strategic transformation. Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence. Strong understanding of AI applications in manufacturing. What Sets You Apart (Preferred) Prior experience with heavy equipment or discrete manufacturing OEMs. Background in consulting, pre-sales, or practice building. Exposure to SAP Digital Manufacturing, S/4HANA, EWM, IAM, Siemens Teamcenter, or Microsoft Azure IoT. P&L or practice development experience.
