About the Role We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Manager to help build YASH Technologies' Life Sciences Manufacturing Vertical while driving strategic growth with our key pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturing clients. You will lead key life sciences manufacturing accounts by delivering business value and expanding those relationships and work closely with the Manufacturing Head to design, launch, and scale a dedicated Life Sciences offering focused on business-led, AI-enabled transformation in GxP-regulated environments. Success in the first 12-24 months means meaningful revenue growth and scope expansion, a strong contribution to the offering's launch, and recognition by clients and internally as a key leader in the new vertical as it expands to additional pharma and medical device manufacturers. What You'll Do Provide Client & Delivery Leadership Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across IT, Digital, Quality, Manufacturing, and business leadership. Build strong relationships across client divisions and influence key decision-makers. Identify, develop, and execute high-impact transformation opportunities in areas such as Digital Batch Records, Manufacturing Execution Systems for GMP environments, Serialization and Track & Trace, Quality Management Systems, Computer System Validation, and SAP Digital Manufacturing. Lead and grow a high-performing onshore and offshore delivery team focused on life sciences manufacturing clients. Ensure delivery excellence and high customer satisfaction. Mentor team members on domain knowledge and business transformation skills. Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and business development teams to craft solutions that deliver value and drive outcomes for our clients. Co-Create the Life Sciences Vertical Support the Manufacturing Head in designing and implementing the target operating model, governance, and P&L framework for the Life Sciences offering. Help define and develop reusable business-led, AI-enabled solutions in areas such as Digital Batch Records, Quality 4.0, Serialization and

compliance, and GxP-validated MES. Collaborate with horizontal practices across SAP, AI/ML, Cloud, and IoT to create integrated offerings. Support alliance management with SAP, Veeva, Werum, TraceLink, and Microsoft to co-create industry-specific solutions. Contribute to thought leadership, solution assets, proposals, and marketing collateral for the Life Sciences offering. What You'll Need (Required) 12+ years of experience in manufacturing and industrial IT services, working with pharma or medical device manufacturing clients. Proven experience managing large strategic accounts in the Life Sciences sector. Strong domain knowledge in GxP-regulated manufacturing, MES, Digital Batch Records, Serialization, Quality Management Systems, or Computer System Validation. Experience across Application Managed Services and transformation engagement models. Demonstrated success expanding accounts from support into strategic transformation. Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence. Working knowledge of

serialization requirements. Strong understanding of AI applications in Life Sciences manufacturing. What Sets You Apart (Preferred) Prior experience with pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturers. Background in consulting, pre-sales, or practice building. Exposure to Werum PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, Veeva Vault QMS, MasterControl, or TrackWise. Exposure to serialization platforms including TraceLink or Systech. Exposure to SAP Digital Manufacturing, S/4HANA, or EWM in a validated environment. P&L or practice development experience.
