Job Description
Production Manager Pepsi MidAmerica Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a professional and motivated Production Manager to lead and oversee our production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring production schedules are executed accurately, production lines remain operational, and processes are followed in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can mentor team members, improve efficiency, and maintain a safe, high-quality production environment. Monday-Friday |Day Shift Salary:
$75,000-$100,000 per year, based on experience Benefits Health Insurance Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Responsibilities Ensure all production operations are carried out efficiently and safely. Oversee daily production schedules to meet operational goals. Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Maintain materials, monitor inventory levels, and oversee production efficiency. Develop strategic and operational objectives aligned with company SOPs. Perform quality control checks and monitor production KPIs. Train, mentor, and supervise production staff. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and workflow. Qualifications Proven experience as a Production Manager, Operations Manager , or similar leadership role. Knowledge of operations management and production processes. Familiarity with business and manufacturing principles. Strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
