Job Description

Job Summary Oversees all aspects of manufacturing, engineering, production, repair, maintenance, planning, quality, and safety within a single plant as an accountable executive. Responsibilities The Executive directs some or all of the following accountabilities in the organization assigned:
  • Overseeing all manufacturing, engineering, and production processes within a plant for efficiency and productivity.
  • Managing the Manufacturing Engineering team to optimize production processes and implement innovative techniques.
  • Supervising Manufacturing Production Operations for timely and cost-effective production of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
  • Coordinating Manufacturing Repair & Maintenance Operations to maintain equipment functionality and minimize downtime.
  • Ensuring Quality by implementing rigorous control measures and adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Prioritizing Environmental and Employee Health & Safety by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
