Job Description Lead and manage plant operations to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards. Ensure compliance with IATF standards and other relevant regulations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues. Manage and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators and report on plant performance. Drive initiatives to support sustainability and environmental compliance. Strong knowledge of IATF standards and their application in engineering and manufacturing. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze data and implement strategic improvements. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
