The Plant Manager is an experienced Supply Chain/Manufacturing Leader responsible for managing and developing people, delivering results across key performance metrics (including safety, quality, efficiency and cost), supporting the launch of new products, managing change, and driving continuous improvement. The Plant Manager is responsible for all elements of a large/complex manufacturing site, including people, equipment, property and all aspects of production. In this role, you will: Be accountable for establishing targets for KPI's including safety, quality, cost, operating efficiency/productivity, etc and then driving attainment of the plant balanced scorecard, in a large/complex manufacturing plant. Drive, model and support desired plant culture, vision & team-based structure, Lead culture development, provide change leadership, and proactive IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Allyship) initiatives. Create short and long-term strategies with clear roadmaps for success. Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Monitor direct reports' performance and the performance of their teams, leveraging recognition programs and supporting behavior modification, fostering an environment of trust, open communication, and ownership. Demonstrate financial acumen and proficiency in financial analysis and P&L management. Improve operations through data analytics, technology leverage, loss identification, and strategic improvements. Deliver effective, audience-tailored communication.What we look for:
10+ years of successful manufacturing leadership experience, including a Plant Manager role. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferably Engineering or Technology oriented). Demonstrated experience delivering operational & leadership results as a Plant Manager. Experience starting up & commissioning new equipment or production lines Strong leadership in continuous improvement environments. Exceptional leadership ability with high EQ and demonstrated success in interpersonal skills and relationship building. Ability to plan and execute multiple projects/activities. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead and influence multi-directionally and across organizational boundaries. Proven ability to develop talent, hold others accountable, and give/receive constructive feedback. A mastery of manufacturing technologies, functions & processes Effective decision-making, risk management, and prioritization skills. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.Zone A:
$179,500- $369,700
Zone B:
$164,500- $338,900
Zone C:
$149,600- $308,100 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
