Job Description
Job Overview We are a machine tool manufacturing company looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in assembling machines, automation and sub-assemblies according to blueprints, manuals, engineering prints, and assembly instructions. Experience working with high voltage, 3-phase control panels and general machine tool wiring and debug experience. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret technical schematics to produce OEM products. Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical panels including verification of connections according to Electrical Schematics. Must be knowledgeable of high-voltage, three-phase electrical control architecture. PLC control and communication wiring. Build, fit and assemble components according to blueprints, engineering prints, and assembly instructions. Documents and verifies alignment and tolerances of moving parts, using measuring instruments. Occasional travel may be required to install, align and service equipment at domestic and international facilities Experience Proven experience in a builder or assembly role, preferably within an industrial setting. Familiarity with electrical wiring, machining processes, and CNC operations is highly desirable. Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings. Experience operating forklifts and other heavy machinery is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using power tools and industrial equipment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
