Job Description

Core Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or engineering
Preferred Requirements:
Prior management experience within a manufacturing setting Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement The successful Plant Manager will develop plant production and financial controls, security, regulatory compliance, quality, facilities, and all manufacturing areas. They will also work cross-functionally, ensuring that all operations and related strategies are consistent. Oversee large-scale projects and ensure that they are being completed on budget and on time, all while meeting specified production requirements and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of plant operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and financial objectives Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain performance Manage budgets, staffing, capital resources, and production capacity to maximize operational efficiency Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs and improve productivity Develop high-performing leaders through coaching, accountability, and succession planning Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies that improve operational and business results CiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
