Duties Coordinate and supervise aspects of manufacturing operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products Implement and enforce safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize procedures for maximum efficiency and quality Lead, motivate, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and material handling, including heavy lifting procedures when necessary Conduct regular safety audits, training sessions, and inspections to maintain a safe working environment Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing management or a similar leadership role within a production environment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand machinery operation and troubleshooting Knowledge of safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and heavy lifting protocols Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate cross-functional activities Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting when required Join us as a Production Manager where your expertise will drive operational excellence while ensuring safety remains at the forefront.
