Manufacturing / Agriculture We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technical new product development and manufacturing projects from concept through production launch. This role will partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The preferred location is Crawfordsville, IN, supporting an approximately 300-person manufacturing operation focused on plastic injection molding, pumps, fittings, couplings, and related components. The role may also be based in Greenwood, NE, supporting a smaller operation focused primarily on electric valves, valve actuation, and electro-mechanical assembly. The ideal candidate is a strong technical Project Manager who understands how to take a product or project from development through manufacturing launch.
