Responsibilities Lead and manage production teams to meet daily output targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Develop and execute production schedules utilizing ERP systems such as SAP and MRP modules to ensure timely delivery of products. Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee manufacturing management systems to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data in Excel, and optimize operations. Coordinate with supply chain management teams to streamline supply chain analytics, manage inventory levels, and improve overall supply chain efficiency. Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, quality control, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure smooth workflow. Drive process improvement projects focused on manufacturing management, process optimization, and assembly line efficiency. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies across the plant. Skills Extensive experience in production management with a strong understanding of manufacturing management systems such as

SAP, ERP

systems, and production planning tools. Proficiency in supply chain management, supply chain analytics, and inventory control to enhance operational flow. Solid mechanical knowledge coupled with expertise in assembly processes and plant management practices. Proven ability to lead teams effectively through team leadership skills, fostering collaboration and motivating staff toward shared goals. Strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making support. Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, lean management principles, process improvement strategies, and continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and implementing operational changes efficiently.
