Production Manager | Manufacturing | Leadership | Lean | 5S | Six Sigma | KPI | Team Development | Safety Production Manager - Manufacturing Operations Leaders Staffing is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily operations for a growing manufacturing partner. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time production while developing a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily production operations and plant readiness Maintain clean, organized, and efficient production environment Monitor schedules, identify risks, and ensure on-time delivery Train, coach, and hold production staff accountable Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives Enforce processes, standards, and operational consistency

Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing/production leadership Strong communication and team leadership skills Proven ability to improve efficiency and solve problems Hands-on leadership style with strong follow-through Ability to work 45+ hours/week in a fast-paced environment
