Job Description Lead all plant operations, including production, engineering, quality, safety, and HR Oversee full P&L performance, financial planning, and operational KPIs Ensure on‑time delivery, product quality, and a safe working environment Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and team performance Develop and mentor salaried and hourly employees to build a strong leadership pipeline Maintain certifications and compliance with all quality and safety standards Collaborate closely with corporate operations and executive leadership Implement strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, output, and profitability Please apply below, if you're resume looks to fit in with the criteria.
