The Manager will lead all operational activities including receiving, repackaging, quality, warehousing, and distribution functions. The Plant Manager ensures safe, efficient, and high quality execution of all distribution center operations, driving productivity, inventory accuracy, workflow optimization, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. Initial operations will typically run one day shift, Monday through Friday, but may change based on customer needs and program growth.
KEY SKILL AREAS & RESPONSIBILITIES 1.OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP & WORKFLOW OPTIMIZATION

Lead all phases of the operation including receiving, warehousing, repack, quality, and distribution activities. Monitor and adjust labor, workflow, equipment use, and set ups to ensure maximum efficiency. Utilize lean principles to improve throughput, accuracy, and employee satisfaction. Support initial program launch and future program onboarding. 2.SAFETY, FACILITY MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE

Maintain a clean, well organized, functional, and safe facility and equipment. Ensure compliance with company expectations, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. Maintain inventory accuracy, product quality, and adherence to customer standards. Modify warehouse, production, and inventory control practices to enhance operations and profitability. Implement continuous improvement practices to optimize throughput and accuracy. Manage facility financials, budgeting, and cost control - and achieve profitability objectives. Track and report KPIs including productivity, P&L/budget, work quality, and inventory accuracy. 4.CUSTOMER, SUPPLIER & CARRIER ENGAGEMENT
