We're Hiring:

Value Stream Manager | Food Manufacturing |

Indiana What You'll Do:

? Lead production, safety, quality, and operational performance ? Drive continuous improvement and optimize manufacturing processes ? Oversee staffing, production planning, and regulatory compliance ? Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to improve efficiency ? Support inventory management, material flow, and warehouse operations ? Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards

What We're Looking For:

? 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (food manufacturing preferred) ? Strong knowledge of

HACCP, GMP, FDA/USDA

regulations ? Experience with continuous improvement, production operations, and KPI management ? Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills ?
