Cultivate a zero-incident safety culture through active auditing and OSHA compliance management. Drive waste reduction, including scrap and rework, to optimize manufacturing costs. Mentor and develop production supervisors to foster a high-accountability, high-engagement team environment. Facilitate seamless communication between engineering, maintenance, and supply chain departments. Required Skills Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in managing complex production workflows and safety protocols. Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and workplace organization (5S). Preferred Skills Prior experience managing forge and machining operations. Background in powder metal manufacturing processes. Direct experience within the automotive manufacturing sector.
