• Coach and develop Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, and hourly production employees. Manufacturing Production SQCD
• Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery.

Also continuous improvement. Serve as the champion in manufacturing safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvement initiatives. Lead continuous improvement projects, Deploy and maintain 5S principles. Interact with Maintenance, Engineering and others on projects, problem solving and root cause analysis. Qualifications Must Have 10+ years of supervisory experience in

MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT.

Previous experience can be as an Operations Manager, Production Manager, or a Production Supervisor who is ready to advance. Experience in Manufacturing safety, quality, production efficiency, throughput, and continuous improvement. Ability to use Microsoft Excel for reporting, production tracking, and performance analysis. Ability to Communicate Clearly...(Spanish is a Plus but not required) Ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and specifications. A college degree is not required. Demonstrated manufacturing leadership and a strong track record of operational success are the primary qualifications.
