High Volume Manufacturing Plant Global manufacturing Company needs 2 Operations Managers in a non-union 700 person manufacturing plant. This person will manage Production Supervisors, Team Leaders and Manufacturing technical Specialists. Great opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader leading Safety, Quality, Delivery, Continuous Improvement and People Leadership. Focus on Continuous Improvement in a Manufacturing Environment. MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT.
Previous experience can be as an Operations Manager, Production Manager, or a Production Supervisor who is ready to advance. Experience in Manufacturing safety, quality, production efficiency, throughput, and continuous improvement. Ability to use Microsoft Excel for reporting, production tracking, and performance analysis. Ability to Communicate Clearly...(Spanish is a Plus but not required) Ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and specifications. A college degree is not required. Demonstrated manufacturing leadership and a strong track record of operational success are the primary qualifications.- FPC•
