Job Description

Your Day-to-Day Operational Leadership & Efficiency Optimize labor, equipment, and material utilization. Deliver production targets while maximizing efficiency and controlling costs. Implement continuous improvements that reduce variation and improve performance. Team Development & Safety Ensure employees are trained and follow safe work practices. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Maintain positive employee relations and support the grievance process. Inventory & Materials Management Manage inventory control and storage of materials and finished goods. Coordinate product movement to support production and minimize waste. Union Relations & Compliance Ensure compliance with labor agreements and company policies. Promote positive labor relations while achieving business objectives. Facility Oversight Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas. Support plant-wide initiatives, including grounds maintenance and off-site storage projects. Who We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Minimum two years of supervisory or Swedish Match Shipping/Receiving experience; five years for other manufacturing areas. Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously. Experience leading large hourly workforces. Strong understanding of labor contracts. Strong decision-making, planning, and prioritization skills.
Annual Base Salary:
