The selected candidate will manage multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions. These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping. Over sees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Basic Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Production and/or Production Control Experience Experience in MRP Planning Previous Leadership Experience Experience with Lean Concepts Desired Skills Experience Production scheduling and Buy/Expedite planning Experience with Microsoft Office tools Strong background in all processes of Business Operations Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written Candidate willing and able to engage on routine and unique problems/issues to help develop solutions Risk identification and management experience Experience in bid, proposal and estimating practices, and capital budgeting Experience with the Supply Chain Management process
Inventory Management Experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
