Job Summary The Plant Manager, Operations in Baltimore MD, leads a $40MM+ metal fabrication operation within the Carlisle Architectural Metals Division. This facility runs across 2 shifts, 5 days a week, and includes 50+ indirect and direct labor teammates. This role is pivotal in driving the implementation and sustainment of the Carlisle Operating System (COS), a structured approach to operational excellence that integrates lean principles, continuous improvement, and standardized work practices. The Plant Manager will champion COS initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and foster a culture of accountability and engagement throughout the plant. The position is primarily a plant-based position with regular visits to the office.
