This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and supply chain. Identify and mitigate project risks and address issues promptly. Serve as the primary liaison with customers, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication. Deliver concise project updates, reports, and documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for optimal project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 3+ years of project/program management experience in electronic manufacturing. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes and supply chains. Flexibility to travel as required.
Salary:
$55,000-$65,000 per year, based on experience
