What You'll Do Direct and oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, logistics, and safety Lead, develop, and mentor supervisors and frontline employees Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Monitor production schedules, inventory, and resource utilization to meet customer demand Partner with quality, engineering, and EHS teams to address issues and drive improvements Manage plant budgets, control costs, and identify efficiency opportunities Support hiring, training, and employee development initiatives Maintain equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable operations Communicate plant performance, challenges, and corrective actions to the regional operations manager Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, and community stakeholders What You'll Need Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Knowledge of production planning, maintenance, and quality control in a manufacturing environment Ability to analyze operational data and implement effective solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Your Education We are CMC, a Fortune 500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
