Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary defense-related projects from contract stage through planning, development, production, delivery, and post-sale support. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, ensuring all project milestones are met on time, within scope, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
Full project ownership from contract initiation through delivery and sustainment Develop and execute comprehensive project plans in alignment with technical requirements, timelines, and budget constraints Lead and coordinate ongoing project activities, including documentation, design reviews, status meetings, contract reviews, and executive reporting Maintain close communication with clients and initiate opportunities for future collaboration Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and subcontractorsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering- preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the defense or high-tech manufacturing industry
- required Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
- required Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience working with Priority ERP system
