Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager II to support capital equipment and manufacturing projects from planning through completion. The role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, support CapEx purchasing activities, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and stakeholders. Support Business Case approvals, Technical Specifications, RFQs, POs, and CapEx equipment delivery. Track project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Participate in and facilitate Kaizen/Gemba activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate project schedules, preferably using Smartsheet . Identify cost-reduction and qualification opportunities. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other business teams. Support regional/global manufacturing initiatives and drive business-impacting improvements.
Must Have:
2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management support, project controls, operations, or related experience. Experience with Project Management Software (PMS) . Knowledge/experience with Gemba/Kaizen . Experience working with Technical Specifications . Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills. Nice to
Have:
Smartsheet experience. Manufacturing, Engineering, CapEx, or Continuous Improvement experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Pay:
$52.00 - $56.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
