Job Title:
Plant Manager As a Plant Manager, you will be the driving force behind our manufacturing operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve excellence in quality control, process improvement, and continuous development. You'll play a pivotal role in managing resources, optimizing supply chain processes, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity. What you'll do Oversee day-to-day plant operations to achieve performance, cost, and quality goals. Lead and develop cross-functional teams focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. Manage budgets, production planning, and key performance indicators. Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. Maintain compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing management. Proven track record leading plant operations in a fast-paced production environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all plant operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. Enforce safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Oversee maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring mechanical systems operate reliably and effectively. Implement safety protocols aligned with industry standards to minimize risks associated with heavy lifting and machinery use. Manage staffing levels, provide training on safety procedures, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork. Monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet specified standards and customer expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization. $130,000.00 per year
