Plant Manager As a Plant Manager, you will be the driving force behind our manufacturing operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve excellence in quality control, process improvement, and continuous development. You'll play a pivotal role in managing resources, optimizing supply chain processes, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity. What you'll do Oversee day-to-day plant operations to achieve performance, cost, and quality goals. Lead and develop cross-functional teams focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. Manage budgets, production planning, and key performance indicators. Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing management. Proven track record leading plant operations in a fast-paced production environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
