Leads production teams, manages schedules, and ensures compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Manage daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety goals Supervise, train, and support production staff Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMPs, and
FDA/USDA
requirements Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams Ensure proper inventory levels of raw materials and packaging Enforce safety protocols and support incident investigations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field preferred 3-5+ years of experience in food manufacturing (bakery, beverage or dairy) Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of food safety programs and regulatory requirements Experience with Lean/5S or similar improvement tools Work Environment Requires time on the production floor in varying temperatures May require off?shift or weekend support
