2015 Duties Lead and manage the entire plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics to meet organizational goals. Develop and implement production schedules using ERP to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor production management systems and utilize Excel data analysis for performance tracking, reporting, and decision-making. Foster cross-functional communication between departments such as engineering, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics to streamline operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture across the plant. Skills Extensive experience in production management within a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of manufacturing management systems. Proficiency in ERP systems Expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, process improvement techniques, and lean management practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, and promote collaboration across functions. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and operational insights. Solid understanding of quality control processes and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
