Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Leader to oversee and optimize our production processes on an off shift. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence by managing manufacturing teams, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement and supply chain excellence to meet customer demands and business goals. Duties Lead and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing techniques, process improvements, and waste reduction strategies. Oversee plant management activities, including safety compliance, quality control, and mechanical maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with supply chain management teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs across the manufacturing cycle. Supervise assembly processes and ensure adherence to quality standards through process control measures. Foster a proactive environment focused on safety, teamwork, and operational excellence while mentoring staff for growth and development. Must be able to work 2nd & 3rd shift Qualifications Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles, process improvement, and operations management. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment maintenance and plant machinery operation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively while promoting safety and quality standards.
