Manufacturing Manager - Core Plant

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. 10+ years experience in leadership roles in a manufacturing environment; 3 of the 10 years must be as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

BS Degree in Engineering or Business Experience in the investment casting industry or injection experience Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, managers, and employees. Excellent leadership skills that create an engaged employee environment and have direct report responsibilities for supervisors. Able to drive improvement through the implementation of the lean manufacturing principles, total quality practices, six sigma and 6S.
