- Oversee and lead 2-5 manufacturing leaders within an investment casting plant
- Monitor and manage key plant performance measurements including quality, cycle time, delivery, and cash flow
- Establish and drive operational metrics and KPIs to optimize plant performance Key Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing supervisors in a heavy manufacturing environment
