Production Manager | Metal Manufacturing Take the Lead in a High-Impact Manufacturing Operation Were looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead a team of approximately 4550 employees across a diverse metal manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and knows how to get the best out of people, processes, and equipment . Youll play a key role in driving safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement while developing a strong, accountable production team. What Youll Do Lead & Develop Your Team Drive Production & Performance Lead Continuous Improvement Required Qualifications Experience in metal fabrication, machining, welding, sheet metal, or industrial manufacturing . Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, employee development, and performance management . Demonstrated success with continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives . Hands-on knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices . Experience working with ERP/MRP systems for production scheduling and resource management. Ability to evaluate production output, labor utilization, machine capacity, workflow, and overall operational performance. Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills . A consistent focus on safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery . Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
