Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a collaborative environment that motivates teams to achieve operational excellence. Duties Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet quality and delivery targets Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Develop production schedules in alignment with customer demands and resource availability Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and maintenance teams to optimize processes and resolve issues Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management review Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing or production management within industrial or engineering environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of safety protocols, quality assurance practices, and lean manufacturing principles Ability to analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field preferred but not required Join us to lead innovative manufacturing processes that support our mission of delivering high-quality equipment solutions.
