Duties:

Lead assembly operations by ensuring quality and on-time production Lead continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost Implement Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, and Visual Management initiatives Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable while maintaining positive working relationships and fostering employee engagement Establish and monitor production KPIs - including safety, quality, labor efficiency, scrap, and schedule achievement Utilize company's ERP system

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field a plus) 5+ years of production management / leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Precision machining / manufacturing or complex assembly management experience preferred Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 5S, or similar operational excellence initiatives Strong ERP/MRP systems experience Microsoft Office (Excel) proficiency Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to pass a drug test

Salary:

$100-120K
