- Specializes in fabrication, stamping, welding, and highly automated job shop production Job Description
- Lead and manage 2 Supervisors and 75 non-union hourly employees across a 2-shift manufacturing operation
- Oversee diverse manufacturing processes including fabrication, automated welding, press brakes, powder coating, and paint operations
- Assess current team performance and operational processes, taking full ownership of the production area
- Identify and implement strategic changes to drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor
- Develop and mentor supervisors to grow into Manufacturing Manager-level leaders
- Achieve and exceed established KPIs, metrics, safety standards, on-time delivery, and quality goals
- Drive cultural and operational change to elevate overall manufacturing performance Key Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to inspire and develop teams
