Our microbial-based products are designed to increase agricultural crop yields, improve root structure, support healthier turf appearance, and help minimize the use of petrochemical and mined fertilizers. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and detailed-oriented Warehouse & Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and the production of liquid and dry biological inoculants. This role combines inventory management, staff leadership, and hands-on manufacturing in a quality-driven environment. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations and controlled manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on organization, accuracy, safety, cleanliness, and improving efficiency mindset. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping Supervise, schedule, and train warehouse and production staff Maintain accurate inventory levels for raw materials, finished goods, packaging, and supplies Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical inventories Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with carriers Improve warehouse layout, organization, and workflow efficiency Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Biological Inoculant Manufacturing Oversee production of liquid and dry microbial inoculant products Manage batching, blending, filling, labeling, and packaging operations Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and production logs Monitor production conditions such as temperature, sanitation, mixing times, and storage conditions Maintain lot traceability for raw materials and finished products Ensure proper handling and storage of microbial products to maintain biological viability Implement sanitation and contamination-prevention protocols Coordinate production schedules based on inventory levels and customer orders Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale production capacity Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Biology, Agriculture, or a related field 3+ years experience in warehouse management, operations, or manufacturing environments Experience managing inventory systems and batch or lot tracking Strong organizational and documentation skills Experience supervising or leading a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/manufacturing setting Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to learn internal systems Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) Experience in food, agriculture, biological, or chemical manufacturing Familiarity with SOPs, batch records, and quality control procedures Experience coordinating shipping carriers and freight Skills & Competencies Hands-on leadership and accountability Strong organizational and documentation skills Process improvement mindset Safety- and quality-first approach Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously Clear communication and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $24.00 - $30.00/hour Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k match Paid time off and holidays
